Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Last Updated: 2026

This Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy forms an integral part of the FITSAND Terms and Conditions and governs all purchases made through our website, digital platforms, social media channels, authorized sales channels, and any other official FITSAND point of sale.

By accessing, using our services, or placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly agreed to the terms set forth herein.

1. Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all purchases made through FITSAND are considered final sales. Accordingly, we do not accept voluntary returns, refunds, order cancellations, or product exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, incorrect size selection, color choice, fit, subjective perception of the product, or any circumstance not directly attributable to FITSAND.

The purchase of any product constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of this policy.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for carefully reviewing all product information prior to completing their purchase, including, but not limited to:

  • Size guides and measurements.
  • Product descriptions.
  • Materials and fabric composition.
  • Available color options.
  • Reference photographs.
  • Fit recommendations and care instructions.
  • Applicable terms of sale.

FITSAND makes customer support channels available to assist with inquiries prior to purchase; however, the final purchasing decision rests exclusively with the customer.

Differences between customer expectations and the actual fit, appearance, or feel of a garment, as well as minor variations in color perception resulting from screen settings, lighting conditions, or electronic devices, shall not constitute valid grounds for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

3. Quality Control

FITSAND implements internal inspection and quality assurance procedures designed to ensure that every item is shipped in proper condition, meeting our standards for quality, presentation, and functionality.

However, due to manufacturing processes, handling, or transportation circumstances, exceptional situations may arise that require individual assessment.

If a customer believes they have received a defective item or an incorrect product, they must notify FITSAND in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the order.

Claims must include:

  • Order number;
  • Customer's full name;
  • Clear photographic evidence;
  • Detailed description of the issue;
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by FITSAND for evaluation purposes.

Claims submitted outside the specified timeframe may be denied at FITSAND's sole discretion.

4. Non-Eligible Claims

Without limitation, the following products or circumstances shall not qualify for returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds:

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or alteration after delivery;
  • Items with tags removed, damaged, or manipulated;
  • Damage resulting from improper washing or care;
  • Damage caused by the customer or third parties;
  • Minor variations inherent to the manufacturing process;
  • Personal preferences regarding fit, compression level, silhouette, or styling;
  • Products purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, discounted campaigns, or marked as final sale, except where a verified manufacturing defect exists.

5. Reservation of Rights

FITSAND reserves the absolute and exclusive right to determine the validity of any claim submitted by a customer.

All determinations made by FITSAND shall be considered final and binding.

In instances where FITSAND determines that an issue is attributable to the company, FITSAND may, at its sole discretion:

  • a) replace the affected product;
  • b) issue store credit;
  • c) provide an alternative commercial resolution; or
  • d) implement any other remedy deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

Approval of a claim in a particular case shall not create precedent nor establish any future obligation with respect to similar claims.

6. Order Cancellations

Once payment has been confirmed and an order has entered processing, FITSAND may immediately commence preparation, packaging, and fulfillment activities.

Accordingly, requests for order cancellation, modification, or reversal are not guaranteed and remain subject to operational review.

FITSAND reserves the right to decline cancellation requests for orders that have progressed to advanced stages of processing or shipment.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for verifying import restrictions, duties, taxes, customs requirements, and other regulatory obligations applicable within their respective jurisdictions.

FITSAND shall not be held liable for customs delays, governmental holds, additional charges, import duties, taxes, or returns resulting from the customer's failure to comply with destination-country regulations.

Should a shipment be returned by customs authorities or carriers, FITSAND may deduct administrative, logistical, shipping, and handling expenses before considering any applicable compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, FITSAND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or commercial expectations associated with purchased products.

Under all circumstances, FITSAND's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments to this Policy

FITSAND reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace this policy at any time and without prior notice by publishing the updated version through its official channels.

Continued use of our services or subsequent purchases following any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the interpretation, application, or enforcement of this Policy shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Panama, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
